Beautiful, large pear-shaped fruit/panniers, ribbed on the shoulders 200-300gm. Deep red, with a very good taste, sweet, fleshy, and thick flesh, and a small number of seeds. This is one of the most beloved varieties by Italians, used both – fresh, in salads, and for cooking rich Italian pasta sauces. Early season, about 70 days after transplant.
